彩色混凝土與瀝青的區(qū)別與施工！

隨著經(jīng)濟水平的發(fā)展，我國的城市混凝土建筑的不斷密集增加；伴隨著城市“熱島效應”的出現(xiàn)，為了解決這個問題，很多建筑材料企業(yè)陸續(xù)研發(fā)出各種新型環(huán)保材料，目前在市場上常用的有彩色瀝青路面、彩色透水混凝土；那么這二種材料有什么區(qū)別呢？

透水混凝土

透水混凝土又稱透水地坪，主要是由骨料、水泥、添加劑（固化劑、顏料等）和水拌制而成的一種多孔輕質(zhì)混凝土。它不含細骨料，多采用單粒級或間斷粒級的粗骨料作為骨架，由粗骨料表面包裹薄層水泥漿相互粘結(jié)而形成孔穴均勻分布的蜂窩狀結(jié)構(gòu)，故具有透氣、透水和重量輕的特點，是一種多孔輕質(zhì)的新型環(huán)保地面鋪裝材料；具有保護自然、維護生態(tài)平衡、緩解城市熱島效應功能。

Permeable concrete, also known as permeable flooring, is a type of porous lightweight concrete mainly composed of aggregates, cement, additives (curing agents, pigments, etc.), and water. It does not contain fine aggregates and mostly uses single or intermittent coarse aggregates as the skeleton. The surface of the coarse aggregates is wrapped in a thin layer of cement slurry and bonded to form a honeycomb structure with evenly distributed pores. Therefore, it has the characteristics of breathability, water permeability, and light weight, and is a new type of porous and lightweight environmentally friendly floor paving material; It has the functions of protecting nature, maintaining ecological balance, and alleviating urban heat island effects.

透水混凝土主要適用于市政、園林、公園、人行道、體育場館、停車場、小區(qū)、商業(yè)廣場和文化設施等地面領域的理想選擇。

Permeable concrete is mainly suitable for municipal, landscaping, parks, sidewalks, sports venues, parking lots, residential areas, commercial squares, cultural facilities, and other ground areas as an ideal choice.

透水混凝土特點：

Characteristics of permeable concrete:

1、增加城市可透水、透氣面積，加強地表與空氣的熱量和水分交換，調(diào)節(jié)城市氣候，降低地表溫度。

1. Increase the permeable and breathable area of the city, strengthen the heat and water exchange between the surface and the air, regulate the urban climate, and reduce surface temperature.

2、能夠減輕降雨季節(jié)道路排水系統(tǒng)的負擔，明顯降低暴雨對城市水體的污染；

彩色瀝青路面

彩色瀝青路面主要是由彩色瀝青與各種顏色石料、顏料和添加劑等材料在特定的溫度下混合攪拌，即可配制成各種色彩的瀝青混合料，也可通過瀝青直接改性而得；彩色瀝青路面具備抗老化、抗車轍等特點；再經(jīng)過攤鋪、碾壓而形成具有一定強度和路用性能的彩色瀝青混凝土路面。也稱作彩色瀝青路面。彩色瀝青路面主要適用于行車道、公交車專用道、路口、高速公路服務區(qū)等重載交通路面。

彩色瀝青路面優(yōu)點：

Advantages of colored asphalt pavement:

1、具有色澤鮮艷持久、不退色、維護方便，還能改善普通瀝青路面黑色的單調(diào)性，可以與周圍的建筑、景觀互相搭配、協(xié)調(diào)。

1. It has bright and long-lasting colors, does not fade, is easy to maintain, and can improve the monotony of black on ordinary asphalt pavement. It can be matched and coordinated with surrounding buildings and landscapes.

2、具有良好的高溫穩(wěn)定性、抗水損壞性及耐久性均非常好，且不出現(xiàn)變形、瀝青膜剝落等現(xiàn)象，與基層粘結(jié)性良好。

彩色瀝青路面的缺點：

Disadvantages of colored asphalt pavement:

1、選用淺色石子做集料，淺色石子不容易找，如果顏色太深影響路面整體效果。

2、材料貴，路面造價昂貴，比普通的黑色瀝青路面高出好幾倍。

3、瀝青攪拌色澤控制難度大，一旦控制不好，容易出現(xiàn)色差。
